Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered products, even if the product has only been partially used.
We also do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with results, skin compatibility, or change of mind.
Exception
We will only consider a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- The item received was incorrect.
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Email to info@octeocs.com along with your order information.
Shipping & Customs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (including return shipments) are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays, fees, or refusals caused by customs authorities.
- Unclaimed, refused, or returned shipments due to customs issues will not be refunded.
