Final Sale

All skincare products are considered final sale once opened. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or perceived lack of results.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks that violate our clearly stated policies may be disputed with supporting documentation.
