Shipping Policy

We ship orders from Canada to domestic and international destinations. All orders are tracked.

Processing times are typically 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Domestic Canadian orders will arrive between 3-7 business days. International orders will arrive between 5-10 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

• Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or clearance charges
• These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
• We do not reimburse customs charges under any circumstances

If an order is delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be refunded.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or delivery issues outside our control.
